Many times when used lift trucks are sold to another party they are missing the manual as well as the repair manual. Ebay is known for selling things such as forklift repair manuals. Just go to the site and do a search for what you are looking for. Be sure that you are searching for the make and model of your particular lift manual. Other wise you may end up with a manual that is of no use to you. When you are buying something like a manual from Ebay, watch the chipping charges that the seller may be charging. If they are a little high, you can ask them to ship a cheaper way and some sellers will accommodate.
Forklift Manufacturer
Many of the forklift repair manuals are available for a small fee from the forklift manufacturer. That is unless the lift truck you need the manual for is really old. If this is the case, they may not have anymore copies left of the manual to sell you. Go to the forklift manufacturers website and see if there is anything there about manuals and how to get one.
Forklift Repair Shop
Because a forklift repair shop works on and repairs all forklifts, you may have a good chance of getting a forklift repair manual from one of them. These types of repair shops keep manuals on all makes and models of forklifts in case they ever need to refer back to them for repair help. Calling up the local repair shop and asking them will not hurt at all, and if they do not have the one that you are looking for, they might just be able to tell you where to get one. It never hurts to ask.
